Precision-cut. Hand-finished. Built to last.
Every Artisan Manor piece begins as raw material and ends as furniture worthy of a lifetime. Our process is the bridge between those two states — combining CNC-precision cutting with handcrafted finishing, guided by decades of experience, a deep respect for natural materials, and an uncompromising standard of quality that export markets demand.
From the forests where our timber is sourced to the hands that carve, join, sand, and seal each surface, this is the story of how our furniture is made.
From concept to completion

Design & Proportion
Every piece begins as a considered sketch. Our design team studies proportion, ergonomics, and material behaviour — balancing clean contemporary lines with the natural warmth that defines the Artisan Manor aesthetic. Digital prototyping and full-scale mock-ups precede production to ensure every joint, curve, and surface meets our standard before a single cut is made.

Material Selection
We source North Indian hardwoods — sheesham, mango, acacia, teak, oak, and pine — from responsibly managed forests. Each plank is hand-graded for grain consistency, moisture content, and structural integrity. Our metal components are fabricated in-house from mild steel and brass, while marble and cane are sourced from established regional suppliers with whom we have worked for decades.

Master Craftsmanship
CNC machinery produces our initial cuts with surgical precision, while skilled artisans carve, assemble, and finish every component using time-honoured techniques — mortise and tenon, dovetail, dowel construction. This blend of machine accuracy and human touch ensures every piece meets export-grade standards without losing its soul. Our craftspeople average fifteen years in the trade, and their fingerprints are on every surface that leaves our workshop.

Finishing & Quality Control
Each piece undergoes a rigorous multi-stage finishing process — sanding between coats, hand-rubbed oil or lacquer, and final inspection under controlled lighting. Our QC team checks for structural stability, surface uniformity, and colour consistency. Only pieces that meet export-grade standards are packed, crated, and dispatched to our clients worldwide.
Honest materials, thoughtfully worked
The character of our furniture begins with the raw materials we choose. Each one is selected for its beauty, durability, and suitability to its purpose — then shaped by hands and machines that know its nature intimately.

Solid Hardwoods
Sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak, oak, and pine — each chosen for grain character and structural performance. Kiln-dried to 8–10% moisture content for dimensional stability across climates.

Metal & Brass
Powder-coated mild steel for structural frames. Solid brass for accent details and hardware. Each component is fabricated, welded, ground, and finished in our own metal workshop.

Marble & Stone
We work with all kinds of Indian and Italian marbles — cut, honed, and sealed to order. Each slab is unique, and our craftspeople work with the natural veining to accentuate its character.

Cane & Rattan
Natural cane webbing handwoven by skilled artisans. Each panel is tensioned and bound by hand — a technique passed down through generations of Indian craftspeople.

Upholstery
High-density foam cores wrapped in feather-blend toppers for longevity. Fabric and leather sourced from mills that meet our abrasion and light-fastness standards.

Glass
Tempered glass cut to specification with polished or bevelled edges. All edges finished smooth for safety and refinement.

Craft passed down, not taught
The hands that shape your furniture carry knowledge that cannot be written down. Our master artisans have spent decades refining their technique — learning from mentors, experimenting with materials, and developing the quiet intuition that transforms a well-designed drawing into a piece of furniture with presence.
Many of our craftspeople come from families of woodworkers in the Saharanpur region of Uttar Pradesh — a district renowned for its wood-carving tradition. They bring this generational knowledge to every Artisan Manor piece, combining hand skill with modern production methods to achieve consistency at scale without sacrificing soul.
We invest in training, fair wages, and safe working conditions because we believe that quality furniture cannot be made by people who are not themselves treated with care.
The value of furniture made this way
Longevity
Solid joinery and premium finishes mean our furniture outlasts fast-alternatives by decades. Pieces are designed to be repaired, refinished, and lived with — not replaced.
Consistency
Export-grade quality control ensures every piece meets the same standard — whether you order one or one hundred. Colour, grain, and finish are verified before dispatch.
Traceability
From the forest to the finish line, we know where every material comes from. Responsible sourcing and ethical production are not marketing claims — they are documented practices.
